How Will I receive My Reading?
Your reading will be delivered as a private video link sent directly to your email. You can watch it at your convenience as many times as you’d like.
how long will it take?
All readings have a turnaround time of up to 7 days, except for Emergency Readings which are delivered within24 hours (This excludes Holidays).
What is the refund or cancellation policy?
Due to the personal and intuitive nature of my readings,all sales are final once your video has been sent. I’m committed to your experience and will gladly accommodate any concerns if needed.
What if i don't have a specific question?
A General Reading is perfect if you’re unsure what to ask. It provides insight into the energies, messages, and guidance surrounding you right now, like a check-in with your higher self.

RETURNS
What is the return policy?
We accept returns on unopened and unused items within 10 days of delivery for store credit or a refund to the original payment method. Journals are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged due to their nature as personalized self-work tools. Personal readings and subliminal orders are also non-returnable and non-refundable due to the customized digital format. Please contact us before returning any items to ensure eligibility and receive return instructions.
