Processing Time
All physical orders are processed within 3–5 business days, unless otherwise stated in the product listing. Processing time does not include shipping transit time.

Shipping Method & Delivery
Orders are shipped via USPS or another reliable carrier. Delivery times are estimated by the carrier and are not guaranteed.

Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Incorrect Address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. I am not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the buyer.

Lost or Delayed Packages
Once a package has been handed over to the carrier, I am not responsible for delays, lost, or stolen packages. If an issue occurs, please contact the carrier directly using your tracking number.

Returns Due to Delivery Issues
If a package is returned to sender due to an incorrect address or failure to collect, reshipping will require an additional shipping fee.

Digital Items
Digital products are delivered electronically. No physical item will be shipped.
